Delivery during public holidays may follow local florist availability, courier arrangements, and destination area policies. For urgent delivery requests, customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Service team before placing the order.

2. Prices and Payment Procedure

We accept payment through major credit cards and PayPal. Available payment methods may vary depending on checkout settings, customer location, and order requirements.

Prices displayed on the website may change during festive and peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Mother's Day, Christmas, and other major celebrations. Any applicable price adjustment will be reflected before payment is completed.

5. International Flower Delivery Schedule

6. Delivery Time During Peak Seasons

We will make every effort to deliver your order on the selected delivery date, unless otherwise stated on the product page or informed by our team.

7. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will be displayed on the checkout page before payment is completed. The final delivery fee may depend on the delivery location, product type, delivery date, delivery time, and any special delivery requirements.

Some areas may require an additional delivery surcharge due to distance, remote location, or special handling requirements. If this applies, our team may contact you for confirmation before proceeding.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect recipient details, incomplete address information, or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery charge may apply for each additional delivery attempt.

8. Age-Restricted Products

For any age-restricted product, the sender confirms that the recipient meets the legal age requirement in the destination area. FlowerAdvisor Malaysia may request verification or withhold delivery if required by applicable regulations.

9. Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation requests must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.

A 50% cancellation charge may apply for cancellations made less than 3 days before the delivery date. Orders that have already been prepared, dispatched, or handed over to the florist or delivery partner may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details may be treated as an order being withheld, and no refund will be issued. However, our team may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option where possible.

10. Substitution Policy

In rare cases where certain flowers, gifts, packaging materials, colors, or decorative items are unavailable, FlowerAdvisor Malaysia reserves the right to substitute them with items of equal or greater value.

Any substitution will be arranged carefully to maintain the overall style, color tone, theme, and quality of the selected product as closely as possible.

11. Change of Particulars

Any changes to order details, including delivery address, recipient information, contact number, card message, delivery date, or delivery time slot, must be requested at least 1 day before the scheduled delivery date.

Changes requested on the delivery date may not be guaranteed, especially if the order has already been prepared, dispatched, or handed over to the delivery team.

12. Exchanges and Refunds

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless the product or service is found to be defective in workmanship or quality.

For any complaint, customers are required to email a clear photo of the received item within 24 hours from the time of delivery. FlowerAdvisor Malaysia will review each case carefully and reserve the right to determine the final resolution.

13. Essential Information

To help us process and deliver your order smoothly, please provide the recipient's full name, complete delivery address, contact number, selected delivery date, preferred delivery time slot, and card message.

All complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation.

14. Recipient Availability

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure the recipient will be available at the delivery address during the selected delivery window. If the recipient is unavailable, our team will follow the applicable delivery procedure for the destination area.

For offices, hospitals, hotels, condominiums, universities, and secured buildings, delivery may be handed to reception, security, concierge, or an authorized representative where direct handover is not possible.
